There is a lot of “free and open” land to utilize on your trip to Scorps. Of course, you could spend every day in the water surfing, paddling and swimming. But most days we like to start off with some kind of workout. Your choices are a long beach walk south (5 miles), a run to 5th point followed by a beach workout lead by yours truly, a beach barre class, a local yoga class, or a hike up to the mesa, lets just say you will be sleeping WELL.
