Spiced Coconut Mayo Dip

Okay you guys, I have to be honest. I never was a mayo fan until I became an ambassador for Chosen Foods cuz they have the healthiest, best tasting mayo ever! This month's product of the month is their new COCONUT OIL based mayo and dang it's BOMB.

I recommend using it on wraps/ sandos, with artichokes, on proteins like for an egg or tuna salad, and of course a dip for veggies.

Most Mayos are made with processed sugars, inflammatory oils and just NOT REAL ingredients. Chosen Foods mayo is made with REAL ingredients like cage free eggs, and good fats like avocados and coconuts!

Jalapeno Mayo

  • ¼ cup coconut mayo
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ½ jalapeno, roasted (I just roast it on an open burner for a couple minutes to add smokeyness) 
  • 1 garlic clove

Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse to get  it a bit chunky.
