Salsa Fresca

Happy Cinco de Mayo amigos! I hope you enjoy some healthy Mexican food today, well everyday. I highly suggest pairing this salsa on top of my carnitas recipe with pickled onions and radishes, and some guacamole YUM.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 large tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 large white onion, chopped thinly

  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped fine

  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped

  • 1-2 jalapeno, chopped fine

  • Juice of 1 large lime or 1 tbsp ACV

  • 2 teaspoons Celtic sea salt

METHOD:

Chop all ingredients.

Place all the ingredients in a glass bowl and toss until thoroughly mixed.
