How to add it to your life -I recommend doing 1-2 scoops daily with vitamin C supplement. The best way to absorb collagen is with a good sourced vitamin C.

  • Bone Broth
    • Of course Bone Broth has it but not to the amounts we are missing. I recommend adding collagen powder to your bone broth and soups.
  • Collagen Powder

    • This type is broken down into individual peptide chains which are easier to digest for most people. This form is easy to add into your routine because it is tasteless and odorless, it also gives your food a thicker consistency.

  • Gelatin powder

    • This is what you typically see when you take out your cooled bone broth when it becomes gelatinous. This form is more jelly -like, hence it is great for making gummies, marshmallow and desserts.

Which to Buy?
