4 ounces brewed mate, cooled to room temp or fridge temp
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup frozen berries of choice
½ cup mango or sub banana (if mango is not in season)
1 handful leafy greens
1 tsp lucuma (optional)
1 serving Designer Protein powder- (optional) - I love this brand! It's local and taste amazing!

In a blender add the following ingredients, liquid first.
