My summer routine focuses on optimizing the days you're not at the beach, barbecuing with friends or drinking rose at happy hour after a long day. Hey, it is all about balance and living life to the fullest right?
That means at least once a month, I give my body a break, RESET, and then BOOM I feel great again.
Do you need to detox?
Only if you have experienced any of the following:
- lack of sleep
- dehydration (are your drinking half your bodyweight in ounces)
- indulging in gluten, dairy, processed foods
- eating out ( even when you think it's healthy, who knows what oils they are using)
