- 16 ounces cold or warm water
- 2-4 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (depending on your taste buds)
- 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

- a couple dashes cayenne pepper
- liquid stevia to your taste
- dash of Himalyean sea salt
