Watemelon, or Sandia is so dang good. I love making fresh juice with it and this one is bomb, plus filled with fiber and protein.
Serves 1 | Cooking/Prep Time: 2 minutes
2 tbsp lime
2 cups watermelon juice
1 tbsp chia seeds
¼ cup cold coco h20
Combine ingredients & stir.
T O R I E T I P S : Allow your finished watermelon chia at least 15 minutes to sit before consuming! This 15 minutes creates a gelatinous consistency around the chia seeds, helping increase absorption of fatty acids & fiber. When chia seeds are dry they can dehydrate your intestinal lining. I know, facts are sometimes rough on the ears.
