Mint Chocolate Affogato (dairy-free)

Affogato as a dessert or an afternoon pick me up remind me of my grandpa, Pop. Its warm coffee poured over ice cream, so dang good. You can use whatever flavor ice cream you like and feel free to get creative with your toppings. Happy summer!


  • Ice cream of choice - I used So Delicious Mint Chip

  • 2 cups brewed coffee

  • optional toppings: cacao nibs, cinnamon, maca


Instructions for assembling Affogato:

  1. Using organic coffee, make 2 cups of coffee. I used a french press.

  2. In a short glass or mason jar, divide 3 scoops of your favorite ice cream into 4 cups.

  3. Pour brewed coffee over ice cream.

  4. Top with cacao nibs.
