Are you being zapped? Learn how to protect yourself from harmful EMFs

As you read this you are being zapped. My goal today is to teach you how to be aware of what is contributing to EMF exposure and how to fix it from hurting you and your family.


Our society often gets caught up with the notion that eating right will solve all our problems allowing us to easily disregard other components that are contributing to negative health consequences. Me included. Totally. Guilty. And, I am sure you’ve heard it all when it comes to health tips. How about hot water and lemon in the morning for a quick zing? Add turmeric to everything to reduce inflammation. Or better yet, why not eat a bowl full of spinach to hit your daily recommended greens or drink expensive juices for each meal.

While eating nutrient-dense foods should be at the top of your priority list along with proper hydration and sleep, our modern, digitally-enhanced world has forced a seemingly large “toxic load” on us that should not be overlooked when it comes to achieving optimal mind, body and spirit synergy.

Tech neck and sitting for long periods of time (hello standing desk!) have received a lot of attention but EMFs go beyond those and impacts you and your entire family on a daily basis. They are active indoors and outdoors. Wherever you go, EMFs are surrounding you. By being more aware of your body as a whole and all that goes into it, including environment, sleep, electronics, genetics, and stress, you can greatly reduce your EMF exposure in just a few easy steps.

What are EMFs?

EMFs (electromagnetic radiation or frequency), simply put, are invisible lines of energy that are put out by an electrical or wireless source. They can be beneficial, harmless or extremely dangerous to humans, depending on the source, level of radiation, and duration of exposure.

Don’t be fooled by low frequencies either. Both low and high frequencies can be dangerous. Low would be classified as appliances or electricity and high would be things like radio frequency (RDR or RF) from wireless devices.

Dangers of exposure

Most EMFs are in fact harmful. We are surrounded by man-made invisible radiation every single day. Well known culprits include public wifi, Bluetooth, radio, cell phones, computers, microwaves and cell phone towers.

On a cellular level, EMFs remove ions from our cells and interfere with the metabolism within those cells. Recent studies show direct links between EMF exposure and brain cancer, MS, neurological diseases and nutritional deficiencies such as Alzheimer's, depression, schizophrenia, MS, and more. Electrical currents from A/C power outlets) create biological currents that affect our brain and nervous systems resulting in issues such as brain fog, fatigue, and low energy.


Symptoms of overexposure include, but are not limited to:

EMF exposure does not act alone when it comes to these symptoms since they are almost always in cahoots with your body having too much involvement with GMOs, pollution, pesticides, toxic tap water, low air quality and processed foods. They are a silent but evil combination.

5 Ways to Protect Yourself

Enough of the bad guys. The good guys have the stage now.

  1. BE AWARE of your phone next to your brain, always use airplane mode and do not sleep next to it. You can hear your alarm from the kitchen I promise! Never place cell phones in your pocket (BOYS your parts are right there), and chicas, never near those boobies.

  2. TURN OFF WI-Fi at night. Put in this cheap and easy home wi-fi on a timer and keep everything you aren't using in airplane mode or off. Just set the time of day that you want the router to be off for, for example 11PM to 6 AM, and it will disconnect power from your router during that time, and reconnect it in the morning. Easy. Quick. Painless.

  3. PROTECT YOUR DEVICES- buy a phone protector sticker and a body shield to use always, hey it's also a thoughtful gift to loved ones or for the corporate friends surrounded by wifi all day.

  4. PROTECT YOUR HOME- FIND YOUR SMART METER - Make sure you do not have a smart meter near your bedroom or really anywhere. It is illegal. If you do, call your utility company and have them remove it quickly and place it far away. They will know what to do.

  5. Wear blue blocking glasses when you work! I like these for girls and these for guys and protect your cell phone with this.

Bonus tip: use a speaker or headphones when you’re chatting with your bestie or on a business call so it’s away from your brain.

Use a protective pad under your laptop to shield yourself from laptop heat and radiation.

Whether you choose to power down from time to time or slowly implement a few precautionary procedures, do your best to acknowledge the impact they have. And remember to always detox from exposure by doing simple things like flushing toxins regularly, eating high in antioxidants, drinking alkalized water and grounding (letting your bare feet feel the natural ground).
